The NODE Quality Standard
At NODE, quality is non-negotiable. Our products are built on blanks chosen for how they hold up, not for how cheap they are. We spend countless hours refining our designs to ensure every piece is not only stylish and comfortable but something we would proudly wear ourselves.
We created NODE because existing options fell short. Cheap, uncomfortable clothes that faded, flaked, or fell apart after just a few washes. That’s not acceptable to us, and it shouldn’t be to you either. That’s why NODE products are made to stand the test of time, and to stay reliable no matter how much you wear them. Durable does not mean heavy. It means it lasts.
The NODE Guarantee
Two years against defects in materials or workmanship, from the day your order reaches you.
If something fails, here is what we do, in this order:
- We repair it, where a repair does it justice.
- If we cannot repair it, we replace it. Our runs are limited, so we hold back a small number of pieces from every run for exactly this.
- If the run is gone and we have nothing left to replace it with, we refund you.
Covered: seams, stitching, fabric failure, and the print or embroidery lifting or cracking under normal wear.
Not covered: normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or accident, and care instructions not followed.
To claim, contact us with your order number and a photo of the fault. We will tell you where to send it. We cover the postage, and it costs you nothing either way.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The guarantee above is in addition to those rights and does not limit them.

Choosing the Blank
We do not grow cotton or spin thread. We choose the garment, and we choose it on facts we can check: fabric weight, fibre content, how the seams are built, and whether the shape survives a wash. Most of what is sold at our price is picked on cost. Ours is not.
Picking the right garment is the first decision that matters. Everything after it is ours.
[02] :: 300 gsm, every seam flatlocked
The Hoodie
300 GSM. 85% organic ring-spun combed cotton, 15% recycled polyester. Raglan sleeves, a double-layered hood with metal eyelets, herringbone tape across the back neck, and 1x1 rib at the cuffs and hem.
Every seam is flatlock topstitched, which is the seam that lies flat against you and does not blow out. The fabric is washed and lightly sueded before it reaches us, so it arrives soft instead of asking you to break it in.
[03] :: light, and it keeps its shape
The Tee and the Beanie
The tee is 165 GSM: 60% recycled cotton, 40% recycled polyester, classic unisex fit, crew neck, straight hem. Light to wear, and it holds its shape. The polyester is what stops a light tee going baggy at the collar.
The beanie is 1x1 full needle rib in an 80/20 blend, double layered, with four shaping seams at the crown and a foldable brim.
