Shipping Information

Domestic (within Australia):

Standard Shipping (2-8 business days):
- Orders $0–$99.99 AUD: $10 AUD
- Orders $100 AUD and up: Free
Express Shipping (1-4 business days):
- Orders $0–$99.99 AUD: $20 AUD
- Orders $100–$199.99 AUD: $15 AUD
- Orders $200 AUD and up: Free

International rates depend on the weight of your order: light orders (up to 500g, for example a tee or beanie) and heavier orders (over 500g, for example any order with a hoodie). Prices are Standard / Express, in AUD:

Zone 1 (New Zealand), Standard (4-8 business days) / Express (2-6 business days):

Light orders: $20 / $40
Heavier orders: $35 / $55

Zone 2 (Asia: Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea), Standard (4-9 business days) / Express (3-7 business days):

Light orders: $25 / $43
Heavier orders: $40 / $60

Zone 3 (US & Canada), Standard (5-10 business days) / Express (3-7 business days):

Light orders: $30 / $47
Heavier orders: $45 / $65

Zone 5 (Rest of the World: Israel, United Arab Emirates), Standard (5-16 business days) / Express (3-13 business days):

Light orders: $43 / $60

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, shipping method, and the destination of the order. All shipping costs will be clearly provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimated using courier information and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Due to postal network demand fluctuations and unforeseen logistical challenges, delivery times can vary.

International Duties & Taxes

United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and Canada: any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and shown at checkout, so the total you pay at checkout is the total you pay. There is nothing further to pay when your order is delivered.

All other international destinations: your country may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees before releasing your delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not collected by NODE. Many destinations (such as New Zealand and Hong Kong) typically charge nothing for orders of our size.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from the date of order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking number. Use this number to track your order via the courier's parcel tracker.

Changes to Your Order

You can cancel your order yourself within 1 hour of placing it. Sign in to your account and request a cancellation. After that window, your order goes into production, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to make a change, please complete our contact form as soon as possible.
