Domestic (within Australia):- Standard Shipping (2-8 business days):
- Orders $0–$99.99 AUD: $10 AUD
- Orders $100 AUD and up: Free
- Express Shipping (1-4 business days):
- Orders $0–$99.99 AUD: $20 AUD
- Orders $100 AUD and up: $10 AUD
Zone 1 (New Zealand):
- Standard International (4-8 business days): $20 AUD
- Express International (2-6 business days): $40 AUD
Zone 2 (Asia: Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea):
- Standard International (4-9 business days): $25 AUD
- Express International (3-7 business days): $43 AUD
Zone 3 (US & Canada: Canada, United States):

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, shipping method, and the destination of the order. All shipping costs will be clearly provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimated using courier information and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Due to postal network demand fluctuations and unforeseen logistical challenges, delivery times can vary.
For all international orders (outside Australia), all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the product prices displayed at checkout. You will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from the date of order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking number. Use this number to track your order via the courier's parcel tracker.
Changes to Your Order
Once your order is placed, it is sent to a NODE designer to begin hand-crafting your products so you get them as fast as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted. If you need to make a change, please complete our contact form as soon as possible.
